The back story.
The UK has descended into anarchy with various parts seperating out. Scotland was the first to leave, followed by Wales, the Cornwall. After a time various squabbling factions in England emerged. Now London is its own city state, the South East Corner of England is seperate from the rest with the Midlands and North fighting amongst themselves with armed militia.
Wales is divided North and South with Mid Wales being a battle ground for armed gangs and organised militia.
